Best for All Faces (& Wallets!)

I’ll start off with I LOVE THIS STUFF!! Next, my favorite scent for candles, room spray, perfumes & just about anything else is ROSE🌹. That being said, this toner has rose water in it & it makes my skin feel magical. The essence left after I’m done is amazing. To top it all off, it’s 1000% effective with removing all face makeup, but also, you can swipe it on your eyes & not only does it not burn or irritate but it cleans the eye shadow & mascara with ease. Can you tell I’m obsessed? I’m also panicking because right now, I have about a quarter inch left in my bottle. Oh noooooo!! Gotta get more—STAT!
