I am not sure about the quality of these vitamins or how much your body actually absorbs from these, but my kids sure love them! They do tend to be quite a bit more expensive than other kids gummy vitamins, so I usually only buy these when they go on sale.

Several of my nieces take these gummies before school in the mornings. They always get to pick which character they want. They love them and it's giving them their daily amount of vitamins and minerals.
