Great Oil, Price is WAY too high.

I decided to give DoTerra Essential Oils a shot, and for the most part, I have really enjoyed my experience.

Serenity blend was one that I wanted to try for awhile for sleep. It definitely does have calming qualities, however, with the over $50 price tag for a 15ml bottle isn't worth it in my eyes.

I'd recommend purchasing any of the pure essential oils, such as Lavender or Peppermint, and then making your own blend for much less.

Works wonders with ADHD

I use this oil as part of a blend I put in my diffuser daily. I love the calming, peaceful effect it has. Works like a charm to help calm ADHD meltdowns and refocus.

It does have a higher price point at around $55 CND for 15mL, but a little goes a long way.

Has been a life saver at times of high anxiety.

I was very skeptical when it came to trying DoTerra's oils. I suffer from anxiety and at times panic/ anxiety attacks.
I started to use this oil and it pretty much immediately makes you feel more calm. I have used it many many times and find it quite effective. It does become costly if you use it frequently but depending on the severity of your anxiety or stress it beats taking prescription drugs. I have tried a lot of those and find this product just as effective. It smells natural and calming and this paired with meditation or yoga has helped me manage my mental health.

I could not function without this oil. I tried EVERYTHING to get to sleep (melatonin pills, sleeping in a different bed, etc.) and this is the only thing that has helped me get to sleep. 10/10.

This essential oil allows me to relax and fall asleep so peacefully in the evening.
I diffuse it every evening in my bedroom and my child's bedroom!!
