I wear these in my flats every day and they are very comfortable. If they ever lose stickiness, all you need to do is rinse them off and then re-stick them to the bottom of your shoes. I sometimes even transfer them from one pair of flats to another. I've had the same pair for over a year now, and according to the instructions I should have replaced them after 6 months. However, they've shown no signs of wear aside from discolouration and a bit of smell (but it's next to sweaty feet all day, so smell is to be expected). Would recommend.
