There are very few brands of eye shadow that I can wear without my eyes watering. ELF is one of the few.
They made it so easy to learn new tricks and tips . additional info on their website helped so much.

I was very impressed with this palett. For the price, it is very good quality. Applies very nice and is indeed matte, which is what I wanted.
Great value for the price.

For $10-15 This pallet is so worth it. Some shades are very similar but who cares for the price. Also some shades can be a little chalky but nothing a primer cant fix!
