Perfect pale skin highlight

This is a bit of an odd highlight. Make sure you scrape off the top layer, because once you do that it’s AMAZING. My pale skin has a hard time with highlight and this is absolutely perfect.

Only good things to say about this affordable highlighter

I purchased this highlighter(Moonlight Pearl by Elf) at Walmart for under 5 dollars and it blew my mind of how amazing it is. It has lasted me a long time and gives me the perfect highlight. With a light sweep a subtle highlight is achieved, or an intense highlight by added pressure product. Has awesome pigment, Goes on very nicely and lasts all day!
