Amazing taste!

I love these drinks so much, they don’t have a grainy aftertaste like most pre-made shakes do. The taste is amazing and their awesome straight from the fridge

I used to drink the butter pecan ensure because I thought the chocolate ones weren't good until I tried the ensure chocolate high protein. I thought it would taste chalky but it didn't. I supplement my nutrition with ensure and love the taste of the chocolate and now it has high protein. A win win for me.

Fills the void

I love this Ensure and also vanilla because when I forget to eat properly it does provide me with daily energy and a pick me up. i sip it over a few hours while on the computer instead of munching on chips etc. It is light and slightly creamy but not heavy or thick. I do strongly recommend this also join the ensure club for coupons off.

I have been drinking a can of high protein chocolate Ensure for a while now. It is my breakfast of sorts. I actually enjoy the taste and it gives me a protein boost which is said to help your metabolism get a kick start for weight loss. A little on the thick side, try pouring it over ice, it tastes better really cold and the water thins it a little. I joined the Ensure club and get $2 coupons every month.

This meal replacement drink is one of the better ones out there. The chocolate flavour masks the typical chalky taste of other similar beverages. When I am not well, it keeps me full until my next meal. I'd recommend giving it a try!
