Smooth like butter...

After using this product for a few months, I love it! I notice a huge difference in the appearance and feel under my eyes. It feels smooth and refreshing after I apply it. I love the cooling effect that it has!

I used something similar to this before and it was really sticky and I had a hard time getting my concealer and foundation to go on smoothly.
