These are quite good and similar to the eye and mouth masks DHC makes, which I also love. They stick well and I use them several times as there is a lot of product on each mask. .

My neck was getting a little dry and I have some wrinkles starting but this mask really does the trick. It firms things up, hydrates very well, and leaves the skin cool to the touch, but not sticky, greasy or oily. The masks themselves are very easy to use and aren't messy in the least. I have had zero issues with skin sensitivity. I use them 2 times a week.

My only issue would be that the perfume is strong when used the first two times. Not unpleasant but strong so if you have a sensitive nose
