I am not a fan of this. I am a chocoholic and while I went into this thinking that I shouldn't get my hopes up, it really make my disappointment at the product any less. It was kinda bland and I just did not like it at all.

I absolutely love Fibre 1 bars and this one did not disappoint me either. It eased my hunger pains and kept me going.

These are great bars for in the morning of even as an afternoon snack.

I can buy a case of 20 bars for at our local Walmart for about $8 NOT on sale!!
They're much larger than your regular granola bar and has only a couple more calories.
WAY more filling than a regular granola bar too.
I little high in sugar for what I thought they should be but they have 7g of fibre...without tasting like a high fibre food.
Best thing of all, my 13 and 11 year old boys like them!!
