Vegan Sausage that's definitely not sausage

The overall Taste of the sausage was really good. It smelled really good and I really liked the flavor. Unfortunately, the texture is definitely not like meat. It's quite dense and potato-like which makes sense since the sausage is technically made out of potatoes.
