I use my fitbit everyday to keep track of my steps and try to beat my goal every day. I love how they have separate challenges you can compete with your friends, it really helps motivate me. I love that it keeps track of my sleep as well. I pair this device to MyFitnessPal and it tracks my calories I burned in the day according to my steps.

I believe I'm in love with my Fitbit Flex. It's almost like it's my motivation to keep up my pace a little longer than usual! Using my app it's as if I was competing with myself, but now having the actual Fitbit and being able to connect with other fitness pals! I love that it logs my movement and I'm just a competitive person so I am loving where I'm standing and the change I've been able to maintain health wise. There's a difference when you look and feel beautiful naked than when you look and feel beautiful in your clothes! I'm feeling both!!!

I LOVE my Fitbit Flex. It keeps me so motivated to stay active. Also love how I can connect it to MyFitnessPal and it updates my exercise for me automatically. Wonderfully convenient. On days when I forget to wear my fitbit to work or out with friends, I am kicking myself because I'm not logging all the steps I'm taking. If I don't log those steps, I'll drop in the standings (friends list). Can't have that, so I try to be always on the move when I can be. Since buying my fitbit I've lost almost 20 lbs (through a combination of healthy eating and exercise) and also have bought one for my mom who also adores hers, and my grandparents both have Fitbit Charges for themselves since we were having so much fun competing in challenges with our Flexes. Great product for motivating yourself to be healthy and active at any age!

Only thing to be aware of, when playing sports I've had the bracelet come undone while playing and I had no idea! Thankfully, one of my team mates had picked it up off the court and set it on the bench because since I'd already made my step goal that day, I likely wouldn't have realized it was missing until later that night or the next morning.

This is one of the best products I have bought in years! This product pushes me to be active on a daily basis while competing in fun challenges with my friends and ultimately competing against myself for personal bests. I have had this device for nearly a month and I have not missed my 10,000 steps a day yet. I recommend everyone own a Fitbit!!

This product is great. It even sends me an email when it needs charging and that is a big plus since I always forget to charge my electronics. I also use the Fitbit app on my smartphone and when I see that I am close to my goal I get off the bus a couple of starts earlier to achieve it. You can also pair it with your weight watchers etools if you are a weight watchers member. The only negative is that if you wish to wear bracelets on both arms it can be an issue as well if you have an event where the Fitbit would not be suitable with your outfit. I wish Fitbit would create a body clip on accessory for moments like these.

The Fitbit Flex is awesome. The "Friends" function allows you to check in on your friends' progress and compete remotely. It has definitely encouraged my friends and family to get fit!

Got a Fitbit Flex for my birthday (with a pink band - YAY) and I love it! I'm mildly obsessed with checking the app on my phone to see my progress through the day. I find I am actively trying to increase my walking to reach my goals, and wake up each morning and check my sleep patterns. As it turns out, I'm a very restless sleeper. (who knew??)
