I have been using the Fitbit Flex for about 8 months now, and it's great! Because I have a very serious illness I have to watch how much fat I eat a day and this makes it so easy to track it. It also helps track how active I am, and it works great with my iPhone 5s! The set up was so easy anyone could do it! The bands are so comfortable you forget your wearing it! I also love the built in alarm clock to wake you up and how it tracks your sleep!!! Worth every penny! I think everyone should have one!
