I would buy this product once in a while

The refreshing taste replenishes your dry mouth and discovers a whole new taste. It is great from a tough workout to just a normal day. This is my go to thing to drink and I hope it works for you too.

Found a protein shake!

I bought this at Shoppers one day when I didn't have time for lunch. It was on sale I believe 2/$4. I thought to give it a try. Normally I find protein drinks gritty. Nope, not these. Both chocolate and vanilla taste quite good. They are a bit sweet -so I have to adjust my insulin. But I like to keep a few in the fridge if I don't have time for lunch.
