This tasted absolutely delicious. It is rich,creamy and smooth. The vanilla bean version is also great because you can add your own toppings into it such as honey and fresh fruit. I would totally recommend it.

I could not believe that this was cottage cheese. Great vanilla taste, you would swear you were eating yogurt. Maybe a little bit sweet, but extremely tasty.

When I first tried this cottage cheese product, I was surprised at the smooth taste and flavour. It has little specks from the vanilla bean and has a slight rougher taste than the caramel flavour.
Usually cottage cheese has a little stigma and when you think about cottage cheese, most think about the squishy and mushy consistently. Not with this product. I definitely recommend this product. Also because it has 10g of protein :)

I got to try a little taste off my friend when we went to ChickAdvisor`s /ElevateLoungeTO event. I was surprised how smooth it was, since I've only ever known cottage cheese to be chunky. The taste was great, & I can't wait to buy some for my home.

Nordica Cottage Cheese has the best taste and texture of all the other brands I've tried. I love it because it is high in protein and helps stabilize blood sugar levels for many diabetics. I recommend trying it with with a spoon of jam.
