Okay Shave Gel

The packaging is very pleasant to look at however not as easy to use as a typical Gillette shave gel. I found I was fumbling it around in the shower trying to get the pump to work. It's an okay Shave gel with no fragrance and it didn't cause any irritation. That being said I'll most likely stick to using my usual gel. This one just doesn't have the lather that I'm looking for.

Call me simple but I prefer soap

This product is a little weird. Too much rubbing and it lathers (albeit not well) and I find soap works better. Not enough rubbing and it goes on like a thick gel (as advertised) but was honestly too thick to get a close shave. Not worth paying extra for a separate product when bar soap works just fine.

It pairs well with the shaving razor

the @gillettevenus 2 in 1 cleanser + shaving gel has a gel like texture but it helps gliding the @gillettevenus razor more smoothly on skin. It has a pump hence more easy to use and mess free. The cleanser foams a bit although it is 100% soap free as well when in contact with water and has mild scent to it. It made the whole process very easy and painless

Why would I need this

I received this free in exchange for my review. I don’t typically use products like this and don’t really know why I would. A good razor doesn’t need a cream like this. It was fine, but seems unnecessary.

Mild on the skin

This has a gel like texture which is fragrance free. It comes in an easy to dispense pump container. Applied it to my leg before shaving. When it contact with water, it lathers lightly but still clear enough to enable you shave adequately plus it feels gentle on the skin too. Overall, there wasnt anything exceptional about the product that stood out for me.⭐️⭐️⭐️
