I bought this product to review as there has been mixed reviews on it so I wanted to try for myself.

It said to apply it for 10-15 minutes then wipe off any residue left. I applied it for 15 minutes.

At first I didn’t feel nothing at all , but after 5 minutes you can feel a cooling effect on your lips. After 10 minutes the cooling gets stronger and you can almost feel a tingly feeling.
Once the 15 minutes was up it was full tingly and less cooling.
I washed it all off once taken off and my lips immediately feel fresh,plump, and hydrated!
You cannot notice a difference but you can definitely feel it.
I will use this once every second week or a month.
