Just not for me

Couple of things about these gummies that I struggle with... The smell of them when you open the bottle is quite pungent, quite vinegar-y and hits you right at back of the nose. The gummies themselves are of this soft sticky texture which is not very pleasant to chew, and the taste is more cider than apple. I mean I don't mind eating them but it's obvious that they are more like medicine than candy. The biggest issue I have is you have to eat 3 gummies a day. That's a lot of remember, and reality is I can remember for 2x/day at the most. So with all that I am going to pass on getting these again in the future. I think this product would be good for someone who can't swallow pills and really like soft chewy gummies.

Too expensive for what it offers

These gummies taste great, however the benefits they claim are dubious at best. There are cheaper ways to get the other nutrients listed and the main benefit of Apple cider vinegar, can be achieved by just eating a more balanced diet. Using this gummy as a substitute for proper diet is an expensive waste of money.

Taste great but too much sugar

I recently tried Goli Nutrition’s Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies, kindly sent to me by @thisisbutterly, and I have to say, they’re quite the treat! 🍬

The gummies have a delightful candy-like flavour that makes taking your daily dose of apple cider vinegar feel like a sweet indulgence. There’s just a hint of that classic vinegar taste towards the end, but it’s really not overpowering—more like a fun surprise!

Now, let’s talk about the health benefits. Apple cider vinegar is known for its potential to help regulate blood sugar levels, support digestion, and even aid in weight management. These gummies definitely pack a punch in that department, making it easier to incorporate those benefits into your routine.

However, I do want to mention one caveat: each gummy contains 4g of sugar. For a supplement, that feels a bit high to me, especially since I usually prefer the pill form of ACV to avoid added sugars. I’d love to see a sugar-free option while still enjoying the benefits of apple cider vinegar!

Overall, if you’re looking for a tasty way to get your daily ACV fix and don’t mind the sugar, these gummies are a fun choice. Just keep in mind the sugar content if you’re watching your intake!

Tasty, not sure about effectiveness

The Goli Apple cider vinegar gummies are advertised with ACV and added vitamin B12 as the main components. Apple cider vinegar supposedly helps with weight, digestion, and blood sugar, and Vitamin B12 has a wide range of benefits. However, I have not noticed much difference taking these gummies, so I personally am not inclined to purchase in the future. I don’t speak for everyone as some people may benefit from the gummies long term Effects aside, I do think the gummies have good taste and there’s no apple cider vinegar taste due to the sugar in the gummies.

Nive enough vitamin but not the texture

I think the packaging and the presentation of the product is pretty spot on. The way it's been advertised, I was really looking forward to trying these out. I'm on board with the benefits however, I'm very much a texture person and this gummy just did not sit well with me. The taste was alright but I just couldn't get over h ow it felt in my mouth/teeth. I would maybe recommend it to those who don't have texture issues like I do but I wont be purchasing this in the future.

Dislike it

I tried the Goli apple cider vinegar gummies dietary supplements and I didn't like them. It is recommended to take 1 to 2, 3 times a day and for me it is too much. The gummies has a texture similar to the less good brands of candy, they are a little hard and I preferred to suck them rather than chew them. Taste-wise, it is not so bad but there is a strong aftertaste for a while that I did not like. Finally, as for the benefits, as with any vitamin or supplement it is difficult to really notice a difference.

Not for me

I tried to love this free product but I just didn't. The gummy itself is fine - texture and flavour are not an issue by any means - you don't really taste the apple cider vinegar which is great because let's be honest, it's gross. I just didn't find/feel any benefits so I don't think I'd waste my time with these again.

Taste find, don't do much

I'm not entirely sure what the proposed benefits are of these gummies as they didn't come with any explanation, and there's nothing on the bottle. This felt a little weird to me, as I've never seen a product not have any claims on the packaging.. Regardless, they haven't actually done anything for me! The flavour is good but there's a bit of an aftertaste/vinegar-y sensation. If you're someone who wants to have ACV every day, this is an interesting way to do it. However, it's not something I'd recommend anyone start taking these just because.

Goli apple cider vinegar gummies

I got the opportunity to try these goli apple cider vinegar gummies. They are a nice texture, while still being vegan. The taste of apple, while being slightly tart. These could easily become part of a daily routine, unfortunately they tended to make my stomach upset when I took them. Possibly due to being in the mail so long in the heat. I’m definitely willing to try them again bought locally.

Recommended dosage makes me doubt effectiveness

I’ve been waiting for a while to try these gummies as I’ve heard for so long the benefits of apple cider vinegar on digestion. I like the taste, it’s a little acidic but still great taste. The texture is pleasant. They’re easy to find in store, even Costco. My only concern is the recommended dosage of 1-2 gummies 3 times a day! It adds up to 6 gummies daily. The packaging is 120 gummies which means the bottle would only last 20 days 😳 for now I haven’t seen any short or long term benefits so it makes it too expensive for what it’s worth in my opinion.
