I have tried drinking diluted apple cider vinegar in the past, but was never able to get past the taste. I had been told of its health benefits, and wanted to like it but just couldn’t. This product doesn’t taste anything like apple cider vinegar. It tasted great, was easy to chew and swallow. If I can get all of the health benefits from this without the awful taste that would be great! I really liked it and give it 2 thumbs ups.

A pleasing way to do my daily apple cider vinegar!

Having tried various other forms of consuming apple cider vinegar over the years, I could never find a routine that I stuck with. Be it on it's own or mixed into water or other beverages, it was a supplement I just couldn't stomach both the taste of and the smell of as it passed under my nose. I have friends and family who swear by it, but I could never do it. I didn't realize until I saw this Goli product that this form of apple cider vinegar even existed! I was excited to try it after hearing so much about it from others I know who include this as part of their daily routine. These were great - the taste was what I would describe as 95% gummy flavor and only about 5% very, very subtle apple cider vinegar undertones. It was now effortless to have these as part of my daily routine and I will continue buying and keeping up with this routine to hopefully start seeing some effects after longer term consumption.

Healthy and delicious

Scheduling me time has become an important part of my everyday life. Sometimes that looks like a yoga class other times it’s just washing my face. Tomorrow is a new day and we are all doing the best we can. I’ve added @golinutrition apple cider vinegar gummies as part of my bed time routine. What a great tasting product. Was given this by @thisisbutterly! Its been a life saver.
Recently was told to take Apple Cider Vinegar, but I hated the taste, even though I'd mix it with juice or water. Along came the gummies and I'm in love! Tasty way to get your Apple Cider Vinegar

I received the Goli Nutrition Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies for free in exchange for my honest opinion — and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how much I like them! 🍎

They’re an easy and tasty way to get the benefits of apple cider vinegar *without* the harsh, sour taste. I’ve noticed some improvement in my overall digestion and post meal bloating, and they’ve been super simple to add into my daily routine.

They also contain B12 and folate, which is great for energy support — but something to keep in mind if you’re already supplementing those.

And like most gummies, they do have a decent amount of sugar, so that’s another thing to be mindful of if you’re watching your intake.

I love that they’re available at Costco, which is my go-to place for stocking up on supplements — and they’re a great value there too.

Who knew being healthy could taste like candy? These Goli Berries Apple Cider Gummies have taken the zing of apple cider vinegar and wrapped it in a sweet, berry-flavored hug, no nose-pinching, just chewy deliciousness. They taste way better than I expected, more like berry candy than anything vinegar-y. BUT take it slow! Definitely recommend easing into them. Start with one pre-meal or during. I take one in the evening to help reduce late-night cravings. Since taking them I feel a little more balanced and less bloated and my sweet tooth is satisfied without raiding the pantry.
