I was sceptical

I was incredibly sceptical of this product. At first taste without seasoning it’s totally cauliflower, but add sauce or seasoning and it completely transforms into rice. I find it quite expensive for what you get in the package, but when trying to eat better I will spend more. Sometimes you can find a coupon which makes it better.

Love this product

I bought this because I didn't have the time to shred cauliflower myself to make pizza crusts and I'm now hooked. This was perfect and very easy to use, just heated for a minute, rinsed it out and used it like I normally would.

Amazing

This stuff is incredible! I love the texture and yummy taste. Such a nice quick meal that you can add shrimp or any other kind of item you want:) I highly recommend!

Low Carb & Gluten Free

Was looking for a low carb alternative to rice and came across Cauliflower rice. This medley was perfect. The texture was coarse like rice, although it didn't taste rice it tastes great with the mix veggies.
