Not worth the $$

Used the entire bottle and still now extra growth or result even in the minutest detail. Not worth it. Hoped to get even a small growth spurt but none was to be had.

Ever since I've started taking these my nails have grown stronger. My hair is silky smooth and my skin has started to clear up. I never thought I would have clear skin and I'm so happy. My nails used to peel and split now they are long and pretty.

The texture, taste and even smell was appealing. Used it until the bottle was empty and my hair did seem healthier. Should buy another bottle to continue to see long term results!!
