Very happy Hatchimals fans

Both my daughter (4) and son (7) are huge Hatchimals fans. It's almost a requirement in our home that there are a few eggs to hatch in their Easter baskets and Christmas stockings. They come up with unlimited imaginary games to play with Hatchimals. I enjoy that it's a toy they both enjoy. The Rainbow-cation Camper is the first Hatchimals toy we've owned other than the figures. Both kids got very excited when we opened the box. They enjoyed hatching the eggs and discovering all the parts of the camper and how it opens. My daughter loved that it was a set of a mom and her kids. My son was less thrilled; he enjoys the surprise of the regular eggs that can be many different creatures. Since the initial opening, my son hasn't really played with this set. My daughter, however, has barely stopped playing with it! They go camping in their grandparents' RV in the summer, so she reenacts with the Hatchimal family activities they do while camping. My main concern is that some of the parts don't feel very solid. I worry about the longevity of the door and the slide. That said, my daughter rarely cares when they toys she loves break; she still sees their beauty and continues to play with them. Given her love of animals and camping, I expect this to be a toy she uses frequently until she outgrows it.

Lots of fun!

I received this toy to review for free. My two daughters were so excited when they opened the box. The toy was well built and had so many fun things to do thst my girls played with it for hours. It is the first toy they look for in the morning.

Happy child

My niece loves the poodles and the camper. Cracking the eggs was difficult for her, also placing the stickers on the camper took over 10 minutes and some of the places where the stickers go was awkward to place.

Lots of tiny surprises to discover

It's a toy I think brings joy for a few weeks and then once all the eggs are opened, it's a minimal played-with toy because the fun is in opening each egg. It's got a lot of small pieces so could be a choking hazard and these little toys will probably get lost or kicked under furniture to never be seen again. I'd prefer if the camper was completely enclosed so that it could be portable and the tiny pieces wouldn't have a chance to fall out. It's not a noisy toy and I think it would be best for children with imagination so they can make up scenarios for the toys to go on. There's a lot of surprises for kids to figure out and it feels to me like and old school Polly Pocket. It's just hard to compete with all the other things out there plus technology but this has so many moving parts and little surprised that you can save for later to keep the fun going.

Child's words: I like how colorful the box is. I love the poodle family. They're so cute and sparkling. I like their wings and the most fun part is rubbing the heart and getting it warm to crack them open for the big reveal. Their eyes are so cute and the family is fun to play with.

Super cute and entertaining

Product came very well packaged. Surprise pups and furniture come seperately wrapped to give the surpise effect. It was a very generous toy as it comes with many pieces and stickers to decorate the rv. Furniture has clicks to hold everything in place so they dont tip over. Con for me was that there were no instructions on how to open the eggs, seems that you simply crack them open..same as the main door, it its a pretty door you basically crack and tear apart so you can put pups in and out.
My daugther was very excited about this toy and enjoyed organizing the funiture, putting in the decor stickers and playing with the puppies. They are smaller then expected but overall very well made

Super cute!

Hatchimals CollEGGtibles, Transforming Rainbow-cation Camper Toy Caris such a fun and cute toy. This set comes with everything you need too. A family of adorable poodles, accessories and furniture means kids get a full set in one box. It also adds well to others in the line.

While our kids (ages 3 and 6) were both super excited to open and play with this as soon as it arrived there was some downsides as parents. This took a long time to set up, there are many stickers that need assembly and some were tricky to get in place. This meant the kids could not play straight out of the box so I would recommend doing the set up first if your kids are as excited as ours were to get playing.

Overall this would make a great gift and has already gotten hours of playtime here so I would recommend this to any Hatchimal fan.
