It won't work if they won't take it

Helixia sounded promising as a health supplement, the packaging and product looked great.
My 2 daughters had agreed to try it out. My older daughter took one sniff of the syrup and refused to even try it! My younger daughter said she would try it....after a week, she finally gave up. Apparently the flavour was awful. I tried it one, just to taste it, and I do not disagree. It wasn't as bad as the kids made it out to be, but if it does not appeal to them, then it definitely won't work!
As not to waste the product, I gave the rest to my friend for her 2 younger children to try.....
Unfortunately, not luck there, either. The kids had one taste and did not want another!
Sorry, but someone will have to change the recipe to make it more appealing to children!

When it comes to the products we put into our kids bodies, we are careful. But one thing we cannot control is their personal preferences. Helixia® Kids Natural Defense was an item I received for free, and one I was looking forward to keeping stocked up. Unfortunately, the picky palates of an 8 year old and 3 year old were the winners in this round of the battle of health, and I have to agree. The flavour, colour and texture of this syrup was one I couldn’t bribe my kids to ingest. And while the adorable packaging at first helped, the first dose was the last. Maybe you will be luckier, and can keep this in your toolkit against germs and help keep your kids playing.

Bad taste

My daughter tried it once. She did not like the taste so sherefused to take it because she did not like the taste. Because she didn’t like the taste my son refused to try it.

Good idea but poor execution

My daughter did not like the Helixia Kids Natural Defense liquid at all. She said it tasted sour and put up such a fight taking it. I think the liquid form made the product seem too medicinal and the smell wasn’t pleasant and the orange-y look was a turn-off. My daughter would have much preferred it as a gummy or chewable tablet. Additionally, having to store it in the fridge was inconvenient. This was a miss in my household.

Can’t give a fair assessment as you need to take the product for a minimum of 3 months for it to be effective, I was supplied with enough free product for about two months so no way to give a reasonable estimate of effectiveness. Taste is awful and have to fight with my child to get them to take it. Not for me.

Tast horrible

My daughter was so excited to try this as winter months are hard on her having reactive airway disease. She tends to get lots of chest infections. I gave her half the dose to try it and it was so bad she threw up, and refuses to try again. Personally we will stick to elderberry gummies

Ma fille la vraiment pas aimer. Je lui es gouter et ces dur de fair boir 2 cuiller a son enfant a tout les jour quand sa goute le fond de poubelle. Je suis decu un pwux beaucoup.

Taste

My kids didn't like the taste and I wouldn't recommend this product. My kids say the taste was disgusting and never again. When I went to see how much it cost I wouldn't pay for it.

Sadly, my kids refused to take it. They did both try it, but they hated the taste. BUT, they LOVE the Helexia Kids Cough Syrup! We use it all the time.

Poor flavor, my child doesn't like it

I'm so sorry my son can't stand the flavor so I am unable to make a review for this one.

Advice-make it take better for kids , I also tried it, it's gross
