My daughter unfortunately started to have cold symptoms while she started taking Helixia. The syrup didn’t seem to improve and my daughter eventually went on puffers but I can’t necessarily blame Helixia. I would try it again as a preventative at the beginning of a season.

The only other thing I found hard was to give the syrup to my daughter on an empty stomach.

Kid cough

My son always has bad coughs and doctors are hard to get in to see so I give him this and other cough syrup . This one is one of the best for him . . No bad taste and dies

Excellent product but…

I think the product is excellent and it really works but my kids don’t like the taste. They say it tastes really sour and fight me to take it. But it’s different worth a try if your kids will take it

Not the best tasting product

I wanted to love this product, as I have a kindergartener who is always bringing home sickness. Unfortunately the taste was horrendous to us, my daughter tried once and refused to again. I tried it next so I could at least review it, and it was disgusting. Maybe some like the medicinal flavouring , but not us. It has great ingredients but don’t help us out when no one can handle it.

Not sure it works yet

Only used it for 2 weeks so not sure if it works but my son hasn't gotten sick yet. I would want to try it for at least 2 months to get more accurate results. I will definitely buy more especially if it works!

Couldn’t get over the taste

I was hopeful that this would be a product that my 6 year old son would take daily to help avoid the many colds this season, but he did not like the smell or taste. I can’t confirm that it works because he wouldn’t take it more than once! I like that it’s a natural health product!

Does it work?

Does it work? Can't really say for sure. It'll take time to see how oftan my children get sick. But kids are kids, they're gross. My kids aren't a huge fan of the flavour, but take it as directed. So far so good?

Love the Concept

I love the concept of this all natural kids defence but I had 2 dilemmas: one, my kiddo did not like the taste thus I couldn’t get her to take it and two, she doesn’t get colds that often so they prevention of recurrent colds that my kiddo hardly ever gets is kind of pointless in my opinion.

Great idea

The concept of this product is great and the natural ingredients are something I’m comfortable giving my children. With two small kids and another on the way, we do what we can to prevent everyone from getting sick! My only concern with the product is the taste - it’s not easy to get my kids to take it. With a little added natural fruit flavour I think it would be a hit!
