We recently started taking Helixia when we received this product.

While I can’t comment on effectiveness since it says it provides daily defence when taken over a period of 3-6 months, I can say my 4 year old has tried and liked the flavour.

The instructions and dosage are easy to follow and as we enter into cold/flu season - it’s nice to have any added support in keeping our kids healthy.
