Fun little creature

We were given this free to test from Spin Master. My boys were excited watching the creepy spider skitter across the room, and do flips when faced with an obstacle. It was very amusing but they did mention wishing they could control it themselves. The quality is good and it's a fun little toy but I don't think it'll get as much attention as their other toys, other than using it to scare daddy!

HEX BOTS SkitterBot Spider

My boys, 7 and 3 years old, enjoyed this toy, but had some challenges getting started playing with it. Instructions weren't super clear, but once we figured it out, they had fun! The only downside to the toy is that it's a little noisy, but still fun, none the less.

Exciting fun to keep you on your toes!!

My girls were so excited to play with this Skitter Bot toy we received for free from Spin Master! We weren’t sure what to expect but once we turned it on the skitter bot was dancing all over the place! The kids were laughing and screaming as they both chased it and jumped out of it’s way! Our pets even got interested in chasing him around. The girls can’t wait to scare their friends with him. The quality of this toy is really good. Very durable and strong. My kids aren’t gentle and they had no troubles with it. This is not the first toy we have had from Spin Master but just like the others we have had this toy did not disappoint!! We will definitely keep purchasing toys from Spin Master and would be happy to test any further toys in the future as well.

Fun Novelty Toy

My nephew enjoys playing with this novelty toy while I find it a little noisy and annoying. It is durable and easy to use but I don't know if it would hold a child's interest long-term.

Lots if fun

My son loved this toy. As soon as he saw the box he wanted to get into it and see what the spider could do. He laughed so hard as it "chased " him and me around the livingroom.

My kids thought it was so cool

I wasn't sure which toy I received but I received a spider that moves I've never seen it before but my kids were so excited to see what it was and are excited to play with it ☺️

ugh

I forgot whether I applied for this toy, but I didn't expect how ugly it looked. It also made me uncomfortable since I hate spiders! Unfortunately, I had to give it away since I can't stand to look at it.

Fun for a good scare

I received this you from Spin Master via Butterly to test out with my kids.
First impressions - it's kind of scary which might be the point but has mixed reviews from my three children.
Youngest (3): Loved it when it was off, screamed in horror when it's on and runs away. Takes two hours for sisters to convince him it's fun. Now he says he loves the colors and it's fun to play with.
Middle (7): This is awesome! (Chases the other family members with it). Loves that it moves and is funny to see others reactions. "This is great for April Fools!"
Oldest (9) : Thought it was hilarious.
My take: It's fun, light, scary but the kids enjoy setting it off as a prank. Its decently durable but the long delicate legs might not be up to continuous use. The battery was quickly used up so it will be a use when needed toy.

Cute toy

It comes with batteries already installed, which is a huge plus, and there’s no remote needed — just switch it on and it crawls around on its own. My son thought it was hilarious and enjoyed watching it skitter around the house, even if only for a few minutes.

Overall, it’s a fun, easy little toy that’s great for quick entertainment or as a small gift.

It was cool but

The packaging was very nice and attractive, I wouldn’t want to pay over $15 for the item. My son did enjoy it and it did have some cool features and we enjoyed the many tricks this spider bot did, however, he said he wished he could control the speed of it, and maybe if it crawled more like a spider or bug. He did enjoy that he could hold it while it spun. Overall pretty cool toy and design.
