These fish strips are my favourite to use in fish tacos!! They are super easy and quick to bake in the oven and come out crispy with a very aromatic sweet ancho chili breaded coating. When I'm short on time and need to prepare a quick and filling meal, I make these, chop up some fresh taco fillings and throw everything in a warm tortilla wrap. Will continue to buy again and again!
