Great kitchen gadget that can replace several items!

I've had our Instant Pot for a year and it's been a nice gadget to have - essentially does what our rice cooker and our slow cooker used to do separately.
I think the rice made is only so-so in it, but I love using it for hardboiled eggs (same amount of time but easier to peel) and for stews, pulled pork, and various casseroles. Definitely speeds up the cooking time so you can make something after work and have it ready that night.
Have recommended it to others!

Instant Pot Review:

Pros: everything cooks fast, it doesn't require a lot of fat, it makes slow cooker quality food in a fraction of the time, it's easy to use, easy to clean, doesn't take up much space, it eliminates the need for other appliances.

Cons: nothing

If you're looking for a fast, easy, healthy meal, without slaving over an oven or waiting 4-6 hours for a slow cooker, this is the device for you!

The Instant Pot has pre-programmed settings for yogurt, rice, soup, porridge, beans/chili, meat/stew, and more! Has the option to slow cook, to presssue cook, to sauté, and to keep warm.

Eliminates the need for a slow cooker, rice cooker, and stove. You can even make baked goods. It really is an all purpose appliance.

All in all, if you are even considering an instant pot, do it! You won't be sorry.

This is the best thing ever! We get to eat great healthy foods even when I work late!! As a busy working mom of 2 I need fast and easy!! The instant pot allows me to cook great healthy meals for my kids in a very fast time!!

I purchased my Instant Pot as an early Christmas present to myself (I ordered it on Black Friday) and it has saved me time and money. It makes dinners easier and clean up is a snap! I can have a full pasta dinner on the table in 12 minutes or fall off the bone ribs cooked in 35 min, and only have one dishwasher safe pot to clean up! I have told all my friends - they have got to get one!

Purchased my instant pot on Black Friday and it's a great addition to my kitchen. Used it almost everyday. I've been cooking steel cut oatmeal, congee, one pot pasta, poultry and spare ribs, etc using the pot and am very impressed with the results. Although it's not as "instant" as I expected, it definitely save lots of my time. No more babysitting my stovetop!

I received the Instant Pot as a gift. I was elated to say the least and could not wait to get cooking. I have been using it now for about 6 months and do not know how I managed to get through life before I had it! I can literally take a roast from the freezer, throw in veggies, and have a complete meal (with fork tender meat) in less than 45 minutes! I can steam veggies in less than 5!

Great multi function pot which reduce the cooking time. The taste is same as cook at the stove. Love it.
It is stainless steel, all the parts are removable and easy to clean, can also put it in dish washer.

Love my Instant Pot pressure cooker. Cooks chicken in 10 mins. I have replaced my rice cooker and slow cooker with the Instant Pot.
