been on the jamieson calcium magnesium + vitamin d3 for years it was recommended by my doctor!! I was lacking both calcium and D in my system when blood work was done!! yearly check up are no longer showing I'm lacking either!! easy to take in the mornings and no side effects!! most women should be taking calcium
