    So disappointed.

    I took 10mg at 10pm for 3 nights. Hope I can get into sleep before 11pm. But still stay awake at 2am. Finally I have to take the perscripted sleeping pills at 3am.
    I tried for 3 nights. It ended up the same.
    I am losing my hope. It is not working even for 1 minute.

    Not recommended.
