Nice Lip Liner

I have trouble staying within the lines with dark lipsticks, i have "Designer Blood" liquid lipstick and i decided to purchase the velour liner "Unicorn Blood" to pair with it. This liner is very pigmented and applies on my lips very smoothly. I also love the packaging. I hear these are eye safe and can be used as eyeliners as well, but i don't think they work well. It doesn't show on the waterline and easily smudges.
