Go blonder masque

I have highlighted light brown hair. I don't think this mask helps lighten hair but it helps preserve lightened hair. I used it as a regular hair masque, it smells nice and makes my hair super soft but I didn't notice a difference in the color.

Wonderful smell. My hair is soft and shiny. Just got new hightlights and hope this will maintain the beautiful colour and texture. John Frieda sells reasonably priced blonde products that do wonders.

I love this product!

It made my hair look and feel so different than it usually does after i dye it. My hair is naturally blonde but I like it a little blonder, and since I have some red tones I usually end up with a bit of brassiness, but not a lot, you can only notice it in certain lights. When I used this, I didn't see it as much! Not the biggest difference but a difference none the less.

The most noticable effect was the hydration. After leaving it on my hair for 5 mins every 2 days for about 2 weeks, I noticed my hair wasn't as brittle and it feels a lot softer near the ends. And the smell is absolutely amazing!

I will be replacing my current hair mask with this one, as it is much less expensive and does an effective job! (On sale for $7.99 at Shoppers Drug Mart right now!)

Wow my hair is a shade lighter after 1 use

I was excited to try this new Lemon miracle mask. I found I used very little and it spread throughout my hair. I left it on for 5 minutes, washed it out and my hair looked shiny, smelled great and felt smoother. I have had other people ask me if I lightened my hair or put highlights in. Very happy with the results

Made my hair look brighter every single time

I would buy this product again and again and the whole set. I loved it. I have been using it after every shower, and my hair looks blonder than before. I definitely recommend it.

I received this John Frieda product to try and I have to say I love it. As most of the other products in the John Frieda Go Blonder line I've tried it did not disappoint. I have only been able to use it twice but my hair was soft, shiny and looked healthier and a little less damaged or dryed out looking after using blow dryer and straightener. I have fine hair and unlike some masks or deep conditioners it didn't weigh my hair down. I liked the scent it was a fresh lemony citrus that wasn't overpowering. I'll definitely be repurchasing this as a weekly treatment. I think the $12.99 price point is fair for a weekly treatment if it works. Smells like lemon meringue pie!

Wow! This product smells so good, I could use it just for that! But it really does make my hair looks smooth, full and healthy! Great shine too! I have platinum blonde hair so I doubt it will make them lighter but that’s okay, I’d still purchase it and I will!!!!

First off I love the smell of this! Second it works pretty good!

Like other reviewers were saying you do need to use the whole line in conjunction with each other to see really noticeable results in the lightening level of your blonde hair, but that being said this does help banish brassy tones- but more importantly it helps restore your hair. My hair is dry and curly/wavy and I'm prone to split ends. After using this twice I can honestly say there was a very visible difference in both colour and texture. My highlights were refreshed and my hair felt so soft and amazing. It was like it drank a big glass of water.
Yes $13 is a little pricey for retail level hair product, but this in my opinion is up there with salon level results, and at about half the price, and you can get (depending on hair length) enough treatments from this tube to make it a good value for the money.
