I have used this product whenever I curl my hair. It helps, but its not the most amazing product out there. I find that it also works as a hair spray for me, as it hold my curls better than my natural hair does. It does have a strange smell sometimes, but then I just spray my hair with some perfume and its all good. You can also feel it in your hair for a couple days, so make sure to throughly wash your hair.
