They call this skin lotion but it is more like a viscous hydrating toner. The consistency is somewhere between a lotion and toner. I squeeze a pump onto my palm and gently press it to my skin. It absorbs fairly quickly and it has a lovely scent to it. The scent is very subtle though. It goes away in seconds. My skin is extremely dry since the winter is approaching. After applying this, my skin gets instantly hydrated. I have yet to find a hydrating toner like this in the states.(Not even a hyaluronic acid serum can do that!)It does leave my skin a little tacky though but I don't really mind. I also find it to be pretty good under makeup. It does not make my face looking oily throughout the day. Not to mention it also contains all the amino acids that my skin needs. I also love that it contains rice ferment filtrate, which may also contain antioxidant that my skin needs.
