This liquid beef stock works great for stews, gravy, or just diluted for a rich gravy sauce.

In comparison with pure liquid broth, it's thicker - so actually helps thicken up our gravy a little bit quicker. It's also easier to use than the normal Bovril cubes.

I'm not too keen on the high Sodium content (almost 50%!), so it’s not a stock I would purchase again – I would rather cook with the normal cubes or boxed broth liquid a little bit longer to achieve the beefy taste at a 30% lower Sodium Content.
