Compatible with my hands / Not my face

I applied this product on my hand on an area where I had an eczema rash and it was a great temporary fix to reduce some of the itchiness. The other day I tried applying this on my face to reduce itchiness and irritation from a L’Oréal foundation that my skin had badly reacted to. Though it only made my face itch even more! After taking a look at the ingredients, I believe it was the Shea butter that caused more irritation to my face. Next time, I might try their cicaplast gel instead to use for my face.
