It says on the box that transient skin irritation, burning, stinging & redness are part of the normal, expected action & usually diminish after repeated use. This so happened to me when I first tried this product was very uncomfortable was going crazy with the side effects. I did try it again & it took almost a week before most of the symptoms disappeared with applying every other day.
Used it for general joint aches & arthritis pain. Didn't really notice any real change to pain levels, unfortunately.
I would recommend this product to friends & family as everyone's body is different & may work for them.

It burned. I used the product before sleeping at 11 pm. I woke up at 4 am with very bad pain. I did everything but it is 7 am and still, my legs are burning. I do not recommend this product to anybody; for 3 hours i could not sleep. I wonder, when I am gonna be ok.
