This is my go to make up remover, I just love it! Sometimes when I buy make up at the Lancome counter at The Bay I usually get one of those special gift bags that contain mascara, eyeshadow and other make up products plus the bi-facial eye make up remover.

It's gentle on the eyes and easily removes waterproof make up. Also it easily takes off caked on mascara which I have a tendency to get sometimes...

It's worth the purchase.

I have tried several high-end makeup removers but I have always gone back to the Lancome Bi-facil. It's no surprise that it is an award-winning product. It contains two solutions and you have to shake the bottle to mix the two before using. It is more effective than your average makeup remover. It removes waterproof makeup with ease, quickly and without unnecessary rubbing. Being so effective at removing makeup, a little goes a long way with the product and the whole bottle (125ml) will last you a while.

My eyes are extremely sensitive and this is one of the few makeup removers that is gentle enough to not irritate my eyes or the skin around it. It leaves the skin feeling refreshed and moisturized, without leaving any residue. It is expensive at about $35 a bottle but I don't use this on a daily basis. I would only use it for hard to remove make-up. On most days, I would use a less expensive alternative. It also has light and pleasant scent that's not overly cloying.

If there was any complaint with this product, it would be the packaging. I would have preferred a pump instead of a screw cap but other than that I have been very pleased with this product. I would recommend it and I will continue to repurchase it myself.

I love this. I have long since stopped getting any other type. So nice, soothing, and quick to get off my waterproof mascara.

I love Lancome Bi-Facil Eye Make-Up Remover! I use a very high end mascara when I go out and this takes it right off like I was never wearing any eye makeup at all! I expected it to sting like most eye makeup removers but it didn't sting at all. It has a smooth moisturizing effect. Not quite a lotion not quite a toner. It is a little expensive for eye makeup remover but very much worth the cost!

Lancôme products never fail me, and this product is no exception. Even when I am wearing waterproof, smudge proof, heavy eye makeup, this makeup remover takes everything off. It's very gentle, yet so effective. I always wear waterproof eyeliner on my water line and many cleansers and makeup removers don't completely remove it, but this leaves no trace of it. This is by far my favourite makeup remover. At $34 it's pricy, especially for a product to take off makeup, but I'm willing to splurge for something that works!

I really like this make-up remover for waterproof mascara. It removed it nicely and I didn't really feel any oil residue. I've used the Sephora one for dry skin (the milky one) and although it was ok, I think Lancome is much better.
It is a little bit pricey

This is a great product - a 2-phase eye make-up remover that can take off any eye-makeup. The two phases blend and become 'cloudy' when you shake the bottle, which you need to do with each use. When its cloudy, its ready to use. It takes off eye make-up without rubbing - so you won't stretch your delicate eye-skin. It also leaves my lashes silky and conditioned. All you need is a little so it lasts and lasts. (Its also great for the longest wearing lipsticks.) An old-school product that has really stood the test of time. I can honestly say that I used this 20 years ago and it was the best in its class then. Why mess with perfection? Its expensive, but money well spent.

This product is BY FAR, the best make-up remover. A little goes a long way if your main focus is on eye makeup (i.e. mascara, eyeliner, liquid liner, eye shadows). It requires little effort to completely remove the make-up and it's feels eye-friendly. No burns or irritation. Only thing to be cautious about is the main oil-base. If you're using this to fix your make-up, be sure to have a wet and dry q-tip by your side to wipe over right after.
I have used other makeup removers but none compare with the Lancôme bi-facial remover. This remover works at removing water proof mascara and does not burn your eyes. I highly recommend this product........

This does a great job at removing your eye makeup effectively (even on the toughest makeup!). It works gently on my skin with minimal rubbing required. It doesn't feel greasy therefore wont cause much irritation to the eyes. I really recommend this product to people with sensitive eyes and dont like to repeatedly rub their eyes to get their make up off. It's quite expensive compared to other makeup removers out there, but it does the job 10x better !

The first time i used this makeup remover it felt greasy on my eyes. I know that the greasiness is to help the makeup to break down and get off more easily. The problem is that when i tried to remove my makeup it was hard to remove. Then i realized i used too much. Which was funny because i thought the makeup would come of much quicker if i used more product. The next time i used it i used a pea sized amount and my makeup was removed much easliy. But i wouldnt buy it again because its a bit pricey. That wont stop me from saying that you should buy it. I figured that if you use a very small amount this product wont run out that quickly. So buying this product for the price is definently worth it.
