This works fine, but I don't think it's amazing considering the price of this product. Does it take off waterproof make-up, yes of course. But it also leaves a pretty greasy residue around the eyes. So really nothing special for the ridiculous price.

I find Lancome Bi-facil Eye Makeuo Remover works well. It takes eye makeup of quickly. I just find it to be expensive for the amount you get. Other products that work just as well are half the price and you get more product.

This product does work ok, although I do have to really try to get my mascara off for a bit. I find it almost leaves your eyes too oily and stings your eyes even after showering! I would say it is way too expensive for a product like this.

I've never bought this makeup remover but I always get a sample one when I get a Lancome gift and I wish I didn't get it. It's so oily and leaves my face feeling like it needs a wash after I've taken off my makeup. It smudges the makeup all over before taking it off.

it's a good eye makeup remover, even for sensitive skin but the price is to high

I was not impressed with this eye makeup remover. Especially for the outrageous price. I find I have to use way too much of it in order to fully remove my makeup. In the morning when I wash my face there is still black mascara coming off.

This is a good eye makeup remover but for the price I would not repurchase. It works well but I found I had to use a lot on each eye. I guess this also depends on how much makeup you wear but I typically wear mascara, eyeliner and shadow. It is very gentle which is nice but again, goes quickly because you need a lot. Overall not a bad product I just would not repurchase for 30 bucks when I can spend $5-10 on an equally effective one.

This product is too oily and messy. It does remove my eye makeup well but leaves lots of grease and residue behind.

I really like this make-up remover for waterproof mascara. It removed it nicely and I didn't really feel any oil residue. I've used the Sephora one for dry skin (the milky one) and although it was ok, I think Lancome is much better.
It is a little bit pricey
