Liva date sugar is a simple better for you swap since its not processed or refined like regular sugar. I didnt find a difference in the sweetness as compared to regular sugar and the best part is it can be used in almost every dish that calls for sugar. I’ve been using the Liva Date Sugar for over a week now and tried it in multiple recipes and I have to say I am hooked! LIVA date sugar kinda blew my mind. We eat a lot of dates at our house and appreciate their natural sweetness. I was able to use the date sugar in place of sugar in a batch of ginger molasses cookies and they were so good. My kids said the best cookies I have ever made!?! That's a win in my books.
