Works great

Loved testing this product for free in exchange for my honest review! The hand cream is not greasy compared to other hand creams and ointments l've tried. There is no noticeable fragrance and I felt like the cream immediately moisturized without flaring my eczema. I took off a star because I don't like trying to open the sharp cap, it's hard to grip and hurts so I need to use my shirt or a cloth to protect my hand.

Thick & nourishing!

Ohhhhhh, nice and THICK but not greasy. Perfect for the cold, biting, dry, prairie winters! This came at a perfect time to test out, in the middle of winter. I am a bit of germaphobe and I wash my hands a lot.. so they do get dried out and sometimes even my thumb and pointer finger tips can crack and bleed. This L' Occitane 20% Shea Butter Hand Cream seemed to actually help and the fragrance in it wasn't overwhelming or irritating. On that note though, there is fragrance and it reminds me of my Gramma but not in a bad type of way. Powdery perhaps. Just reminds me of a fragrance that I would smell that she used! It is comforting but I can see that it could be quite distracting if you don't like this fragrance or fragranced products.

This handcream is THICK! I love the texture especially in the winter and it really does bring moisture and nourishment to my paws! I didn't realize that there is other percentages of shea butter hand cream in their line up, that's really a great idea. I have sensory issues but this hand cream doesn't irritate them, which is HUGEEEE for me. It does take a bit to soak in but once it does, my hands feel so incredibly hydrated and happy. I didn't even have to use a lot of it to get relief, so I know this tube will last me a long time. I may have to invest in a tube key though to get the product out most effectively, and sort of wish I had one sent along but, eh, that's a first world problem.

My Mom also suffers from especially dry hands in the winter and when she was at my house, she used this and she even noted how much that it helped her hands. Momma bear approval is always a good thing to note.

All in all, I'm super stoked on this and I have no complaints honestly. Yes this is an incentivized review but I really don't have any legit complaints.

Perfect for this cold winter!!

If you’re in Canada then you know it’s super cold right now!! I always get cracked hands in the winter and this is way worse than normal so they are very sore. This hand cream takes away the soreness overnight and helps my hands heal overtime. There is a slight strange smell but that’s because it hasn’t got any perfumes in it.

Thick and Hydrating

This hand cream is thick. I love using it before bed. I am pleasantly surprised with how well it sinks into the skin and doesn’t stay greasy. It instantly softens and hydrates my hands, and they don’t seem to get as dry. My hands were always dry after work, and this cream seems to have made a noticeable difference. The powdery scent is not my favourite, but it’s not overly strong. I am also not a big fan of the packaging.

Lovely smell and packaging

I received L’Occitane Hand Cream to try for free in exchange for my honest review.

I had never tried anything from LOccitane before. Initial first reaction was that the product has lovely packaging.
The scent was light and pleasant however the thickness does resemble that of diaper cream as it comes out of the tube. Not a turn off, just an observation.

First use reaction, the product does absorb nicely into the hands. Once absorbed hands do feel hydrated however not greasy or coated in product.. it tells me what I have been using until now likely wasn't a great fit due to the after texture.

Overall I think this product would be great for those who don't like an over powering scent. Someone who wants effectiveness without the grease. This would also be considered incredibly gender diverse as it seems like anyone could use this product abd benefit from it.

A new favourite!

I have been using this hand cream for a few weeks and I am really happy on how it has helped me to have hydrated and soft hands during this winter season. I use it twice a day. This hand cream is thick and it takes a little longer to absorb into my skin. I would also like to say that it has a subtle scent.

Super moisturizing, strong scent

This moisturizer is so thick and creamy it leaves my hands super soft. It's especially helpful to provide a protective barrier in the winter air. I don't love the smell its heavily scented with a strong perfume which is fine if your a traditional perfume girl, for me it's a lot. I'm not sure if I would buy it again just based on scent but it works so well it will probably sway me.

Makes my hands feel so soft!

I recieved this hand cream as a free gift and I really enjoyed it. It's moisturizing and makes my skin feel so soft. It has a mild scent and feels very luxurious. I would recommend this if you're looking for a rich hand cream.
