Okay, so I tried this out of spite, my parents tried it and both hated it, so I tried it out since it looked like it was 'high end' and so of course, you expect the high end out come. This is honestly the worst shampoo ever. I will never buy another 'Matrix' product again. It completely dries out your hair, and just dries your scalp and does nothing positive! You walk out of the shower with a terrible feel to your hair!! It's even more of a rip off that the bottle says 'smoothing system' 'sleek look' it's all lies! I've downgraded it to using it just for shaving my legs so it doesn't lie around as wasted space!
