Heavy duty and grabs tight

I received this tool to review and was surprisingly impressed by the build quality; it feels heavy and solid in the hand. The self-adjusting design is great because you just clamp down and turn, no fiddling around. Be aware that the teeth are sharp and will crush the filter canister a bit, but it refuses to slip, even on oily surfaces. Definitely works better than my old strap wrench.

Maximum never disappoints

I honestly didn’t expect to love a pair of oil filter pliers this much, but these MAXIMUM self-adjusting ones are a game changer. The grip is solid, the jaws lock on perfectly, and it adjusts automatically without me having to fight with it. I used it on a filter that was really stuck, and this tool took it off in seconds with barely any effort.
