I received the Maybelline New York Facestudio Master Blush Colour and Highlight Kit for free from ChickAdvisor as part of their product review club. First off, I have to say I am not a huge blush wearer. When I do wear it, I tend to gravitate towards the lighter colours or the ones use to add a touch of shimmer. This kit has 4 colours. The idea is you can use each shade alone or mix them to create your own shade. The first two shades I would use on their own. The second two I would never use alone as I have pale skin and they are just too dark/bright. Even with blending the first two with the second two I found that I was really only using the first two shades. This palette isn't designed for someone with fairer skin. For this reason I wouldn't recommend it unless you have darker skin or really like bold blush colours.

I received the Maybelline New York Facestudio Master Blush Colour and Highlight Kit from Chick Advisor and have used it a couple times. I really like the range of pinks and even the shimmery one (I normally only use matte blush). The blush is well pigmented and blended easily into my skin, for a department store brand, this brush held up pretty well!

Three out of four isn't bad i suppose. I find the three blush shades in this palette to be really nice but a little goes a long way especially with the darker shades and they need a little extra blending. The high lighter on the other hand was terrible i was excited when i first swatched this and thought it would work out quite well but it seemed to develop hard pan almost immediately after the swatching and it was impossible to pick up anything with a brush. #gotitfree

I really liked this blush kit and appreciated the variety of shades available. The first shade didn't show up much for me so I would mix it in with the second and third shades to give my cheeks a nice, healthy flush of colour. I used the highlighter to give a subtle highlight to my cheekbones, the bridge of my nose and underneath the eyebrows but would've liked it more if it had been a lot less shimmery. Overall, it's a great palette and I got tons of use out of it. #gotitfree

I received the Maybelline New York Facestudio Master Blush Colour and Highlight Kit for free from Chick Advisor in shade #10.
I found all colours to be very pretty, however, the darkest one was too dark for me. The other 2 blush shades were pretty and looked good on me, but I found them to be sheer. The highlighter was not too shiny and gave me the right amount of sheen. I love how it was all in 1 palette, which makes it easy for travelling. I just wish the colors were a bit more intense.
For the price it is a good value though.

I was so excited to try this palette. I #gotitfree through Chick advisor and maybelline! Lucky me! Well this product has some amazing colours and a highlighter in one palette. No brush, which is fine as I use a professional brush and never use the small brushes that come with. I have very light skin and usually dark, rich colours look fake and dark on my skin tone. What I do like about this is the three shades that you can blend and mix to find the right shade. I tried this a few times but personally didn't like the colours for my face. What I did like was the highlighter which I use everyday now and I use the darkest shade of blush for my eyes. This palette is more for dark skin tones but the highlighter is a great product for anyone.

I enjoyed using this blush and highlight kit. I've never used highlighter before and I think it will now be added to my routine.

The kit comes with a good colour palette that you can mix to get other shades. I loeed using the highlighting colour with the blush, I felt that it gave my skin a dewy glow.

One thing I would have liked to see was a brush or applicator! From past experience with Maybelline products they usually include one with their eye-shadows and blushes and for some reason didn't with this one. Not a huge deal as I'd usually just use one of my own brushes, but it's nice to have for when you're on the go and don't want to bring your whole makeup kit!

Despite the lack of applicator I would definitely buy this one again.

This currently is my favorite product in my makeup collection. Individually the blush colors are great - but when you mix all 3 together they really pop. I'm also over the extreme contoured look so I really appreciate the effective yet subtle highlighter in this kit.
