Let me just start by saying I grew up with homemade maple syrup, never the fake store bought stuff. So anything maple better be good if I'm going to eat it! This drink wasn't terrible, if I wasn't used to the real stuff it probably wouldn't be bad at all! Although it is very sweet. I didn't really get any caramel from it, but the maple was definitely there! It got it with 2%, if I was to get it again I would get skim. I found it was too thick and too artificially sweet. For the price I wouldn't say it is worth it, unless of course you need a quick sugar/ caffeine fix. Then by all means!

FYI this beverage only comes with caffeine and hot, no decaf or iced latte available. The flavour is maple-y and caramel-y but tasted a tad artificial and OMG… SWEET! I am a decaf double double kind of gal. The one time I like things to be sweet are in my coffee but this was insanely sweet! I know it is supposed to be sugary with the whole maple and caramel thing going on but damn… I drank less than half the small coffee. It is also incredibly creamy, the coffee was almost secondary. This was beyond a dessert in a paper cup!

If it came frozen or over ice, it would be much better. Iced beverages need that additional sugar but as a hot latte? I really did not like it. I wanted to but just couldn’t.
