I have used this product for several years. I use it morning and night, it helps me keep my nasal passages clear. At night it helps me sleep better keeping my nose clear and not stuffy. It can also be used as a chest rub when you have a cold for a better nights sleep. The menthol clears your nasal passages and makes you feel so much better. I have this with me always even when I travel. I have a travel size in my carryon when I’m away from home. I highly recommend trying this if you haven’t you won’t be disappointed!
