Effective but not as convenient.

This gel worked really well at minimizing soreness and aches.

The cooling effect was strong and relieving, and it absorbed into the skin fairly quickly without a greasy residue which is important for me as a competitive cheerleader. No slipperiness is a big win.

One downside is the consistency.
It’s a bit runnier than I personally prefer, so you have to be mindful when applying. Otherwise it will run all over. That said, once it’s on, it spreads easily and sinks in fast.

It’s perfect for when you want targeted relief and deeper massage, especially on legs, shoulders, back, and joints.
