Pretty good for temporary relief

I prefer the cooling gel over this product. While it is effective at making my muscles feel more relaxed and the cooling sensation is pleasant, the smell is overwhelming and the spray is very strong and gets everywhere. I can only use it outside. I much prefer the application of the gel over the spray.

Convenient

I like how convenient this spray is which covers a large area easily without the need of rubbing, leaving the hands clean. However, I also inhale the fine mist during spray. It makes me cough a little and feels cold in my nostrils.
