Simple and natural

I was sick for over a month and my system was completely off. I couldn’t eat and my diet consisted of a few bland things like rice, applesauce, bananas. My doctor ordered tests and everything was fine and I should let him know if it got worse. My sister told me to try Metamucil and everything got better and In a couple of days I was back to normal. It’s easy to take but you need to drink it fast because it thickens quickly. It’s part of my daily routine now and I can eat what ever I want and I’m not sick anymore.

This product is great and easy to take. The flavoured is not too sweet or fake tasting very palatable! Highly recommend to anyone who has issues staying regular.

I received this before as a free sample and took the 2 week changelle. After they 2 weeks I felt lighter and more regular. It also helped me feel fuller longer thru out the day. The taste wasn't that bad either. There was no bad after taste.

Has helped my tummy troubles!

Been constipated since i was very young. I have tried so many medicines and the natural remedies.Doctors recommended me to try metamucil. Tasted great, not wierd at all. Tho it can be thick to drink, trick is drink as soon as you finish stirring.
