Review: MotoMaster Big Wheel Garage Creeper

Did I plan to spend quality time lying on my garage floor? No.
Did this creeper make it weirdly comfortable? Shockingly, yes.

The MotoMaster Big Wheel Garage Creeper is basically a luxury ride for people who enjoy fixing things while staring up at the underbelly of their car. The padding is thick enough that you don’t immediately regret your life choices, and the big wheels glide smoothly—even when the garage floor looks like it’s survived several winters (because it has).

It feels solid, rolls like a dream, and supports up to 400 lbs, which means it can handle both me and my confidence while pretending I know what I’m doing under the hood. Whether you’re a legit mechanic or a DIY-er who mostly Googles things mid-project, this creeper has your back… literally.

10/10 would roll dramatically out from under a car again.

Solid, comfortable, rolls great

I’ve used a lot of standard small-wheel creepers for years, a they always get stuck on the smallest little pebbles while working. If you roll over a zip tie you might as well forget about it because you’re not going to be able to move. These big wheels have changed everything! It rolls smoothly over uneven concrete and smal debris without getting stuck and jolting you to a stop. The 400-lbs capacity makes me confident my fiance will have no issues using it, and makes it feel sturdy and well built. The cushioning is high quality, and provides good support while you are working. Assembly was easy, and took about 10 minutes.

Roomy, padded and smooth-wheeling…

We really loved how wide it is —when you’re turning on your side to work at a specific angle to reach something under your car, sometimes it feels precarious and limited with standard creepers, but it felt like there was room to move around on this one. Pretty smooth wheeling, too. We didn’t like how there were loose threads coming off at two of the seams, so the finishing of these is something that should be looked into. Assembly was fairly simple.

Under the car crawler

The MotoMaster Big Wheel Garage Creeper is super easy to put together. It does not come with an Allan wrench that is required to put the wheels on but thankfully we had one on hand. It is rated for up to 400lbs. The wheels swivel and slide easily on the floor. They are made with a hard plastic material. I did find that they picked up debris and stones right away when using it in the garage so I feel like it wouldn't take long for them to to get jammed up. Otherwise the crawler makes getting under your car easy

Great heavy duty Creeper

This big wheel creeper is easy to put together, just screw in the wheels, no tools needed! It has a thick padded seat which allows for comfort while laying and wheeling around. It’s rated for 400lbs which I cannot attest to as I’m only 150lbs. The wheels turn 360 which make it a lot easier to maneuver under your vehicles. The 4” wheels may make it difficult to get under cars as the creeper does sit up high, but for other vehicles this is a great, supportive option. I will be gifting this to my mechanic brother who is always working on large vehicles and machinery.

Easy roll in and out

We got to try out their Big Wheel Garage Creeper with Casters. We got to try it out free in exchange for an honest review. For starters, it can hold up to 400 lbs. It comes almost pre-built in the box, but the only thing it doesn't mention is that you may need a torque wrench in order to tighten the wheels on. That's the only installation you need to do. So please keep that in mind, that if you don't have one, you may need one. What my husband, and I have liked about this creeper is that it's wider and has a lot more comfort for lying down. It rolls more smoothly compared to my husband's old one and it's very sturdy, but it is on the heavier side. The other thing that we notice is that it can take a lot of room when storing it in the garage, and is not foldable. One thing for sure that we have noticed is that this creeper is 2 and 1/2 to about 3 in higher than my husband's usual one. It doesn't seem like a lot, but it does when you're underneath your vehicle even when using a jack, every inch matters when you're working on your car.
My husband has mentioned that he thinks this would be better for a full size SUV or compact truck that has a higher clearance.
Overall the comfort is there for your back, and makes it more comfortable with doing an oil change, with the wheels making it easy to roll in and out.

The product was well packed and comes with good quality. Easy to assemble and of good size. I unboxed the product and demonstrated how I will use it to fix my car.

Great for Work and Play

This auto creeper not only comes in handy for my husband, but the kids and I love it too. It’s great for moving heavier items we cannot carry from room to room. The device is sturdy, but the wheels do need to be controlled or they turn left and right. Although, a great product!
